		A Positive Place for Kids

	INFORMATION AND ENROLLMENT FOR 2011-2012 We offer preschool (Ages 3-5) and school-age care (Ages 5-11). We are open Monday through Friday, 6:30am-6:30pm; and we are available for care during school breaks and some holidays. See parent handbook for complete schedule. Program Hours BEFORE SCHOOL CARE: 6:30-9:00 AM PRESCHOOL PROGRAM: 9:00 AM-3:00 PM AFTER-SCHOOL CARE: 3:00-6:30 PM We close promptly at 6:30 PM. If children are picked up after this time, there is a $1.00 late fee per minute. Payment must be made when you arrive to pick up your child. FEES FOR 2011-2012 Registration fee is $20.00 per year. Field Trips and their costs vary with each event and are not included in the rates below, with the exception of Summer Camp. Summer camp registration covers all field trips (special events extra fees). Because children are reserving space, we can not reduce tuition fees for illness, absences, suspensions or unannounced vacations. We will pro-rate in June and with termination of services with TWO WEEKS WRITTEN NOTICE. MONTHLY CONTRACT Before-School Care $210.00 per month After-School Care $250.00 per month

Additional Fee: $25.00 for full day (6:30am-6:30pm)

Applies to families who are currently enrolled in one of our programs.

Must provide sack lunch for child on these days.

To reserve your spot, all families must:

Complete and submit summer registration forms.
Provide registration fee and $25 down payments for each desired weeks.
Settle all previous tuition and fees.
